Abstract

As a continuation from earlier issues, this article outlines thoughts on how to develop educational spaces that are geared toward global learning. To this end, we propose a planning tool such as the “Triangle of Thought”, which builds upon research performed by Booth and Ainscow for their “Index for Inclusion” (2011). Additionally, for education centres that have already made a commitment to global learning we propose an assessment tool of the learning performed as an institution by means of a “dartboard evaluation” strategy. This also lays out several dichotomies to reflect on the processes we develop and to determine if they are truly geared toward lessons of solidarity, social justice and care.
